Return Policy / Terms and Conditions

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return*.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  All returns will also be subject to all shipping charges incurred while shipping any product to you as well as back to Sackett Ranch, even if a Free Shipping promotion was applied to your order.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange**.  All terms of our return policy apply to exchanges as well. We do waive the 20% restocking fee for exchanges if a customer opts to exchange the item for another product of equal or greater value or wishes to receive store credit instead. Please note that customers will still be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange, as mentioned above in the return policy. Cancelations

To cancel an order, you are required to get in contact with us via phone before the order is processed. Once an order is processed, we can not cancel your order as it has already been pulled and scheduled to ship. 

We cannot accept cancelations via email, as we cannot monitor email inboxes 24/7 to ensure an email is read and an order is canceled before being processed for shipment. 

We take great pride in striving to fulfill customers orders as quickly as possible, and do process orders very quickly, so if you need to cancel or edit your order, you must reach someone via phone in order to make a request. If you are unable to call and ensure you get ahold of a customer service representative to cancel an order, your order will not be canceled. Again, we are unable to cancel orders via email.

Price Matching Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with competitive pricing and value. We may offer price matching for identical products found at a lower price on a competitor’s website, subject to verification. To request a price match, please provide screenshots showing the lower price on the competitor’s website or in-store. It is important to note that the decision to honor a price match is at our sole discretion. Additionally, the competitor must be verified as an authorized dealer of the product's manufacturer and must be in compliance with the manufacturer's Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy or any other policies set forth by the manufacturer. Requests that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for price matching.

Our pricing is subject to change, and we are unable to retroactively apply current promotions or discounts to orders placed before the start of a sale. Additionally, once a promotion has ended, we cannot honor the promotional price for orders placed after the sale. Please note that we are unable to make exceptions to this policy.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 48 hours after delivery to report any shipping-related problems, and we'll handle them promptly at no cost to you.

For non-Sackett Ranch Original products (items from outside vendors), Sackett Ranch is not liable for any issues once the 48-hour grace period has passed. If a problem arises after this time, it will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty. You may contact us for assistance, and we'll do our best to guide you through the process, including next steps to submit a warranty claim directly with the manufacturer if the issue qualifies under their policy.

For Sackett Ranch Original products (our in-house USA-made items), we stand behind our craftsmanship with pride. We'll take care of any issues, no matter when they arise—simply contact us, and we'll make it right.

Shipping Damages

Sackett Ranch takes pride in our shipping containers and we take added measures and expense to ensure that your order is received in good condition. Claims for any shortage or errors in shipment must be made upon receipt of merchandise, before the driver leaves, and brought to the attention of the shipping company immediately and noted on the Bill of
Lading with a signature from the freight party representative (Driver). The title of merchandise passes to the buyer upon delivery to a common carrier and delivery of all merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the carrier.

Freight Damage or Shortages

Shipping of pallets, cartons, boxes, or piece shortages/damages must be noted on the carrier’s bill of lading at the time of receipt and a claim initiated with the shipping carrier. All order discrepancies, such as concealed shortages found within a sealed shipment or shipping damages must be submitted to Sackett Ranch customer service via email at howdy@Sackett-Ranch.com immediately upon receipt and prior to signing the BOL or the claim may be denied. Sackett Ranch will review and confirm timely claims and either issue credit or replace part shortages at Sackett Ranch's discretion. Signing the BOL constitutes acceptance of the piece count and weight of the shipment as per the BOL. 

Delivery of Shipment

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a full, complete, accurate, and safe delivery address at the time of placing their order, as well as an accurate email/phone number for communication. Upon shipment, Sackett Ranch will send a multitude of email notifications, letting the customer know when their order has shipped, is en route, is out for delivery, and has been delivered. These communications are to allow customers the awareness of when their package is delivered at their requested delivery location, so the customer is able to immediately retrieve their package at their property. Any missing packages need to be brought to Sackett Ranch's attention immediately after delivery, and not longer than 12 hours from delivery confirmation. Sackett Ranch is not responsible for any stolen packages from the customer's property. Once a package has been scanned as delivered, the package is the sole responsibility of the customer. If Sackett Ranch is immediately made aware of a missing package, Sackett Ranch will launch an investigation into the missing item. All packages shipped by Sackett Ranch our scanned with a GPS scanner device at the time of delivery, so Sackett Ranch will be able to determine whether a package was correctly or incorrectly delivered to the customer's shipping address. In the event that the package was not delivered to the correct address, Sackett Ranch will make a claim, attempt to successfully retrieve and redliver the package to the correct address, or as last resort, get a replacement order shipped to the customer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Final Sale items, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We can not accept returns of opened or used items.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Final Sale Items

Final Sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and not eligible for exchanges. This includes clearance products, discounted items marked as Final Sale, and any custom or personalized gear. We encourage you to review sizing, details, and our product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If a Final Sale item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours for evaluation, and we'll address it promptly. For Sackett Ranch Original Final Sale items, we may offer store credit in exceptional cases.

Exchanges

 The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Once refunded, please allow up to 10-15 business days for your refund to post to your account. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions:

Proceeding to place an order with Sackett Ranch, the customer hereby enters into a binding agreement with Sackett Ranch, and unequivocally agrees to abide by and be legally bound by, all of the policies, terms, and conditions as set forth herein.

This includes, but is not limited to, the return policy, exchange policy, pricing policy, and any other policies or conditions stated. It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions in their entirety prior to placing an order.

Sackett Ranch reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the customer and Sackett Ranch with respect to the customer’s use of and purchase from the Sackett Ranch website, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.
