You may return new, unworn merchandise, in its original condition, within 30 days of receipt. In the case that an item is returned not in its original condition, the order will no longer be eligible for a return and will be sent back to the original address associated with the order. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the reason for return is the result of our error or manufacturing defect. In the case that we are sold out of a product or if the product is bought at a discounted price, exchange for a new item may be applied. 

For eligible US returns, a $7.55 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or waived if you opt for a store credit refund.

Orders are shipped within 1 business day once the order has been placed. If an order is placed over the weekend, the processing times will begin on the following Monday.  

Our warehouse we ship from is located in AZ. The futher the shipping address is away from AZ, the longer the time it will take for the order to arrive. For example, our USPS rate has a 3-5 business day timeframe, once the order is out the door. If you are placing an order and you live on the East Coast, expect the order to arrive around the 5th business day mark.

Unfortunately, we do not offer expedited shipping options at this time. However, we do our best to process and ship items as quickly as possible, and we even have customers tell us their orders arrive faster than Amazon these days. Most orders ship the same day and arrive within 1 - 5 days of placing your order.
