This ample room allows up to four occupants to move around freely and ensures that there is additional space for gear. The tent also includes a removable gear loft and six gear pockets to keep your essentials organized and within easy reach.

Designed to withstand the elements, the Drifter is crafted with a 210 denier Oxford weave polyester shell that is waterproof up to a 2000MM HH rating and also boasts a UV50+ rating. Additionally, the tent includes a removable rain fly to ensure you stay dry during rainstorms. The 300 denier Oxford weave polyester floor is even more robust, with a waterproof rating of up to 5000MM HH, ensuring that you stay dry and cozy.
Ultimate Floor Protection
ROAM has also gone the extra mile to protect your tent floor. It includes a durable 300 denier Oxford weave polyester footprint that provides an additional layer of protection against rough terrains.
Oversized & WEATHER PROOF Duffle
The Drifter tent comes standard with a weather proof duffle bag for convenient storage and transportation even when mounted to your roof rack or in the bed of your truck. Unlike other brands that label their tents with terms like "Overland" yet only feature a water resistant (up to a 5 min sprinkle) bag, the ROAM Drifter sets itself apart with its duffle bag that uses the same waterproof PVC material that is featured on their Awnings and Roof Top Tents. Diesel Heater / AC Pass-Through
Are you extreme? Camping in 100 degree summer weathers of Arizona, or the frigid freezing temperatures of Montana? Well this tent has been designed with a dedicated pass through in order to properly vent your diesel heater or A/C unit. You can also use it to bring power into your tent without having to go through the doors of your tent.
Internal Storage
Multiple internal storage pockets are built into the Drifter tent, so you can easily find your headlamp, keys, phone, or other accessories in the middle of the night.
Don't Fret The Black
We know what you're thinking...
How does the tent do in the middle of the summer being Black? Not to worry, ROAM has been making Black tents for many years now in the Roof Top Tent space, and the black material does not make their tents any hotter than a lighter color tent. We have tested it against various colors and they all reached the same internal temperature. Plus, it'll stay darker in your tent in the mornings to sleep in!
