Rapid Shade Setup
Need shade pronto? The ROAM ARC 180 degree awning is your answer. In just under 30 seconds, you can throw up an impressive shelter, offering a cooling respite from the sun's relentless rays. Ideal for those sudden moments when you just need to escape the glare.
Gone are the days of fussing with multiple legs and setup components. The ARC 180's free-standing design ensures you spend less time setting up and more time enjoying the outdoors. Quick, simple, and efficient, it's sun relief without the hassle.
Twist and sag in your awning? Not with the ARC 180. Thanks to ROAM's in-house design and custom extrusions, you're assured of a robust and sturdy shade that stands tall and true, even when free-standing.
The awning fabric body also comes with velcro-lined edges with snaps covering the perimeter flange, which allow walls and other accessories to easily snap into place.
Stability with Nested Awning Legs
Each awning arm ingeniously hides an internally stored, swiveling leg. These legs, complete with pointed feet and stake points, offer enhanced stability, ensuring your awning remains steady even in the unpredictable outdoors.
ROAM places the environment at the heart of its design. The awning boasts a custom 4-layer water-resistant laminated ripstop sailcloth, crafted from recycled materials. Even better? It's designed to be recycled once the awning's journey concludes.
Heavy-Duty Weather Resistance
When the weather turns challenging, the awning's heavy-duty webbing guylines step up. Paired with metal cinch buckles, they provide a secure and straightforward method to stake out your awning, ensuring you stay sheltered, come rain or shine.
Extra attention was put in by ROAM's engineers to ensure the base of the ARC 180 awning was as robust as possible to stand up to the toughest winds and storms. The aluminum back plate and injection molded arm endcaps protect the road cover and awning from abrasion commonly seen in other awnings.
Buckled cinch closure straps reduce fatigue on the ARC's joints from road vibrations when the awning is closed and stored.
A quick pitch riser arm with a rubberized coating, creates a peak to your 270 awning. This allows water to flow off the awning so rainwater does not collect and keeps the awning fabric taut.
When you aren't using the ROAM awning, it packs up thin and out of the way on the side of your roof / bed rack. The awning stays protected and dry due to ROAM's black, heavy duty, laminated cover.
