Around the perimeter of every case are robust tie-down points that allow you to secure the case in place while maintaining the ability to gain access to the internals regardless of where it is mounted.

The Rugged Cases are so strong, they can double as a place to sit at your base camp. You can also stand on top of them, helping you reach items high up on your rig. In fact, they are so strong, we have even seen a full size RAM pick up truck be lowered onto a Rugged Case and the case supported its weight without cracking!

The latches of all Rugged Cases feature the ability to use a small lock to keep unwanted intruders from accessing your gear. They are also made of high-quality steel and feature a corrosion-resistant coating.

Every Rugged Case features a patented mechanical / gas strut hinge system. This unique hinge, engineered by ROAM, assists in opening the lid of your Rugged Case, keeps the lid open, and also prevents the lid from warping in higher temperatures. This hinge is a clear testament to ROAM's commitment to continuing to evolve and improve its products after putting them through the toughest scenarios.

Every Rugged Case comes in four different colors including Slate, Desert Tan, OD Green, and Black.

The Rugged Case comes in a wide variety of sizes, allowing you to mix and match different cases for your specific rig, set up, and gear.

Each Rugged Case features a unique spline system that allows like-sized cases to stack and interlock with each other.

A built-in bottle opener adorns every Rugged Case.

Although the Rugged Case keeps dirt out with its military-grade seal, that doesn't mean you wont put dirty/muddy gear inside your case after a fun-filled weekend. The built-in drain plug, lets you hose the inside of your case down when it gets dirty, letting all that water escape.

Nylon rope handles with rubberized grips are included with a majority of rugged cases, providing even more ease of transporting your Rugged Case around. (please note, nylon rope handles do not come with the following case sizes: 66L, 80L, 83L)

The Rugged Case Lid Organizers are custom-fitted to attach to the inside lid of select Rugged Cases giving you maximum organization and quick access to small and frequently used items. The Rugged Case organizers are made of 420D nylon with a PU coated backing, YKK zippers, and also includes a semi-opaque pocket that lights up your case when you place a light inside of it.
